Here we are, one of our favorite blogs, it's Thirsty Thursday. Thank you to our awesome new Event Coordinator, Amber Timberlake, for coming up with the delicious cocktail and mocktail!!
Pear Lemon Fizz
Ice cubes
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) pear vodka
3/4 ounce (4 1/2 teaspoons) Lemon Verbena Simple Syrup
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lemon juice
1 fresh lemon verbena leaf, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, syrup, and lemon juice. Shake, and then strain into a glass. Top off with Champagne . Garnish with lemon verbena.
Cinderella
Ingredients:
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz pineapple juice
2 oz Ginger Ale
Dash of Grenadine
Pineapple and orange slices for garnish
The taste of tropical fruit comes to life in this refreshing mocktail. If you’d like a more elegant looking Cinderella, cut all of the juices and ginger ale in half and serve it in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with both pineapple and orange slices, and don’t forget that little paper umbrella for an extra finishing touch.
